Below is a list of just some of the services I offer. If you are interested in working with me, then I would love to hear from you! Please reach out via the contact form on this site or message me through one of my social media channels.
This type of coaching is a more guided approach. It is a great option for individuals who need a little bit more support in taking action to meet their wellness goals. I offer both a 3 and 6-month program.
Both programs include the following benefits.
- in-person or remote 1-hour sessions
- email support for questions or concerns
- group coaching events at no additional cost
- a private online community to connect with other clients
- a tested recipe of the week
- written resources on a variety of wellness topics
- 2 free products to support the client in their new lifestyle (i.e. a juicer, yoga mat, cookbook, essential oils)
While these programs are similar, they have key differences, which are described below.
The 3-month program meets weekly. It is a good fit for individuals that thrive on consistency and who are looking to prepare for an upcoming milestone in their life such as running a marathon, getting fit for a wedding/vacation, or trying to conceive. Those who are highly motivated and have already established some self-care practices to support their well-being would be the ideal client for this type of program.
The 6-month program meets every other week. It is a good fit for individuals that need time to digest and apply what they are learning to their daily life. Those who take a more careful and methodical approach to change and who have not yet established self-care practices would be the ideal client for this type of program.
There are three format types that I use for group coaching.
They are less than an hour in length, cover one topic, and use a presentation format that provides information. Time is provided to address large group questions at the end.
They are less than 2 hours in length, cover one topic, use a presentation format that teaches skills. Time is provided for discussion and hands-on practice.
These range from a few hours to a full day and have an overarching theme with a few topics. They include presentations that aim to inform and teach skills. Time is provided for quiet reflection, breakout group discussions, and hands-on practice.
Topics for group coaching cover a wide variety of health and wellness concepts that address the mind, body, and spirit, such as pantry and makeovers, reading food labels, meal planning, cooking whole foods, cooking with food sensitivities, meditation, therapeutic herbs, essential oils, emotional balance, financial fitness, decluttering your living space, natural beauty/body care, autoimmune conditions, outdoor fitness, digestive disorders, shame resilience, overcoming fears, identifying limiting beliefs, healthy boundary setting, decoding food cravings, and improving your energy.
There are two types of wellness events that I offer– experiences and retreats.
