Groups

There are three format types that I use for group coaching.

  • Seminars
They are less than an hour in length, cover one topic, and use a presentation format that provides information. Time is provided to address large group questions at the end.
  • Tutorials
They are less than 2 hours in length, cover one topic, use a presentation format that teaches skills. Time is provided for discussion and hands-on practice.
  • Workshops
These range from a few hours to a full day and have an overarching theme with a few topics. They include presentations that aim to inform and teach skills. Time is provided for quiet reflection, breakout group discussions, and hands-on practice.

Topics for group coaching cover a wide variety of health and wellness concepts that address the mind, body, and spirit, such as pantry and makeovers, reading food labels, meal planning, cooking whole foods, cooking with food sensitivities, meditation, therapeutic herbs, essential oils, emotional balance, financial fitness, decluttering your living space, natural beauty/body care, autoimmune conditions, outdoor fitness, digestive disorders, shame resilience, overcoming fears, identifying limiting beliefs, healthy boundary setting, decoding food cravings, and improving your energy.
